Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All orders placed before and after this date were paid for during our 60 day returns policy and cannot be approved for 60 days return.

That means, if you want to try it out and for whatever reason you don't like it? Simply email us and we will provide you with a full refund for your product purchased.
Simply, all we ask is that the box, item and user manual is all in resell-able condition. If the device, box or user manual is damaged we cannot provide you with a refund. All returns should be sent to our distribution center which we will send you on your request.
Sleep masks and adhesive pads are ineligible to qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS who offer the cheapest shipping quotes ($14.50) if returning from the US. Any customs taxes incurred are also not refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Regarding shipping details, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided by you. However, if you promptly notify us after placing your order, we will make every effort to rectify the details before your package is dispatched. Please be aware that once your package has been shipped and if any incorrect shipping details are present, we cannot personally assume responsibility for any resulting loss.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@mysnorehut.com and we will send you further instructions.
